Gospel powerhouse Mercy Chinwo has announced the arrival of her second child with her husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, in a heartwarming post that has set social media aglow.
Mercy on Friday, August 15 took to Instagram to share a stunning maternity shoot.
The new mum could be seen radiating joy in a floor-length, body-hugging brown dress with wavy patterns and feathered cuffs, cradling her baby bump. Her long, flowing hair cascades over her shoulders as she poses alongside her husband.
Pastor Blessed complements her look in a brown suit with a white shirt, embracing his wife tenderly in one frame, planting a gentle kiss on her forehead in another, and lovingly pressing his ear to her bump in the third.
Sharing the photos, Mercy poured out her gratitude to God:
‘The Lord has done it again! He has added to our joy, multiplied our laughter, and blessed us with the precious gift of a second baby… The Lord has indeed been good to us.”
She also celebrated her husband, calling him “an amazing father of TWO.” The couple, who welcomed their first child in 2023, continue to inspire fans with their public displays of faith, love, and family unity.
Alongside the announcement, Mercy revealed the release of her new single “Onyeoma”, now out on all platforms, with the official video premiering on YouTube at noon today.
